AML was selected by Hyatt Hotels Corporation to assist in developing a new design image identity for the Regency Brand that was launched at the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf. The property is located in the heart of the world famous Fisherman's Wharf area adjacent to Pier 39, The Cannery and Ghiradelli Square and includes 313 Guestroom and 8 Suites.
The Lobby renovation project included new furnishings with clean modern lines and updated finishes throughout. White upholstered leather panels were added to the Registration Area and Concierge as an elegantly rich backdrop and an Eco-Smart fireplace was added to the Lobby to created a new focal seating area. The art collection, curated by AML, was hung salon style around the fireplace and was used as an axial focus at the Guest Elevator Lobby. Many artists of note were gathered for the collection including David Meanix best known for his collage work featured on the HBO Series "Six Feet Under" and David Gista.
