Anderson/Miller, Ltd. was asked to re-concept the Hyatt Regency Long Beach and engaged to provide design services for the property’s Guestrooms, Corridors and Club Lounge. The new aesthetic heavily references the location that the property enjoys at the coastal seaside while providing amenities that the sophisticated business traveler would expect of a downtown Long Beach hotel. AML creatively readdressed the floor plan within the guestrooms to create a broader sense of space and further capture views of the harbor. The Lounge emulates the design theme initiated in the Guestrooms by providing an oasis for relaxing, renewing and connecting.
