Conrad, Orlando

Conrad Orlando is the flagship hotel of the 1,100-acre Evermore Resort, designed to offer a contemporary take on Florida hospitality. Working closely with the architecture team, Anderson|Miller led the interior design, grounding the guest experience in materials, form, and color drawn from the surrounding natural landscape.

Inspired by the nearby nature preserve and Florida’s freshwater springs, the interiors embrace soft curves, layered textures, and a palette of oak, limestone, and water-inspired tones. Public areas are defined by sculptural elements and curated artwork by local artists. The lobby’s signature installation, inspired by a handcrafted wooden boat, sets the tone for a narrative rooted in movement and flow.

Across 433 guestrooms and suites, the design prioritizes comfort, clarity, and variety — from family suites and poolside cabanas to expansive presidential accommodations. Thoughtful amenities, integrated technology, and natural light are layered with custom furniture and refined detailing.

Meeting and event spaces span more than 65,000 square feet, with two grand ballrooms, flexible breakout rooms, and multiple outdoor venues. Five distinct dining concepts were also designed in collaboration with each venue’s culinary identity, ranging from refined Italian to Polynesian-inspired poolside fare.

Anderson|Miller’s role shaped the hotel’s identity from concept through completion, crafting a hospitality experience that is immersive, intuitive, and distinctly of its place.
