At the heart of Evermore Orlando’s master-planned resort community, Anderson|Miller designed the interiors for a collection of single-family homes and villas tailored for group travel. These residences reimagine the vacation rental experience, blending residential ease with resort-level amenities across five to eleven bedrooms per unit.
Designed with families and groups in mind, each home features large communal gathering spaces and dining areas sized to accommodate every guest. Quartz countertops, custom casework, and integrated storage enhance both function and flow. Game rooms incorporate bold color and playful details, with custom cabinetry and lacquer finishes in pink, yellow, white, and blue. Throughout the homes, walnut veneers and blackened metal accents offer a modern counterpoint to natural woven textures and soft, neutral palettes.
From initial concept to model home execution, Anderson|Miller’s work defined a new typology for leisure-focused design that balances comfort, durability, and visual interest at scale.
