Perched above the Sea of Cortez, Villa One at One&Only Palmilla reimagines coastal hacienda living through expansive glazing, natural stone, and locally sourced woods. The design creates a seamless relationship between interior and exterior, allowing light, breeze, and views to flow freely.
High folded ceilings and plaster walls anchor the interiors, while large sliding glass doors open onto lush terraces with a private pool, dining and lounge areas, and an entertainment pavilion. The villa also features a home theater, massage suite, and butler accommodations.
Materials are soft and natural, with an emphasis on texture and luminosity. Bright accents, regional detailing, and handcrafted elements lend warmth and identity to each space. Every room is designed to offer comfort, elegance, and a strong sense of place.
